Founded in 2004, and Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Florida Capital Bank is a subsidiary of Florida Capital Group, Inc. and provides personal and business banking services to four locations around Florida. FCB takes a customer-focused approach to banking and is backed by talent with 20 years of experience in the banking business. The company size is small with under 1000 employees and is looking to grow its team of customer-oriented banking talent.
With limited HR resources, Florida Capital Bank was challenged in hiring for their business. This presented great difficulty in trying to identify qualified candidates for their banking staff.
