Each assignment will include three (3) days of sourcing from numerous Internet (job board, user groups, LinkedIn etc.) locations to identify qualified candidate resumes matching the Client’s position requirement. Velocity’s professional Sourcing Analysts will employ the latest technologies and the most advanced sourcing techniques to deliver qualified candidate resumes. Resumes will be available daily via Velocity’s proprietary web-based Velocity Candidate Manager™ system to record and track candidate information and can be loaded into client ATS system.

Resume Sourcing service, as described above, will occur over a three (3) day period and will include Velocity’s QAI™ service. Velocity will attempt to contact each of the qualified resumes via telephone from our recruitment center based in Naperville, IL. Our recruitment team will provide a base-level screening for the Client, identifying candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in speaking with the Client organization. Velocity’s QAI™ activities will be structured around Client-developed questions and all responses will be reported back in real-time to the client via Velocity’s proprietary web-based Velocity Candidate Manager™ system. Our recruitment team will attempt each candidate up to four (4) times via telephone and three (3) email communications to establish interest and availability. This process is usually completed in fourteen (14) days.

This is Velocity’s complete end-to-end service offering. Velocity will perform the services offered as described in Resume Sourcing and QAI™ phone qualification and will include our ResFLEX™ Review and Ad Analytics for Thirty (30) day intervals. This service includes job posting (additional pass through price for all media cost), the review of inbound resumes from client’s job posting and all resumes applied to the client employment site. The work activity will focus on separating matching candidate resume information from non-matching candidate resume information. Real time analytics will be available to analyze sources of resumes and the quality of posting. Per the direction of client, the matching candidate information will be identified as qualified and will be phone screened by a Velocity Recruiter per the established process determined by the client. Non-matching candidate resume information will be similarly sorted according to the direction of client. Resumes and candidate information will be available daily via Velocity’s proprietary web-based Velocity Candidate Manager™ system or loaded into the client ATS system. Resume Sourcing : Each requisition processed will be sourced daily from numerous Internet locations to identify qualified candidate resumes matching the position requirements. Daily postings will be sent to the confidential web-based Velocity Candidate Manager™ system to record and track candidate information sourced by Velocity.
E-mail Campaign : Velocity will be responsible for the delivery of an e-mail communication to all candidates identified through this process.
